How to use the Triple-S app at home for medication

Triple-S at home is a new delivery service for prescription and OTC medications* offered by Triple-S Salud to its policyholders and members. This innovative option allows people to receive their medications directly at their home, office or address of their choice. The delivery area is limited exclusively to the municipalities of Puerto Rico, except Vieques and Culebra (we are currently working to expand our service area).

Recently, Triple-S en casa added delivery of a Country Email List  selection of OTC items to its service. This option becomes available once users make the purchase of a prescription medication through the application. Among the products available are: pain relievers, medications for common symptoms such as coughs and allergies, vitamins, hand sanitizer, masks and more.



If you are a Triple-S Salud member or Triple-S Advantage member, you can register through our Triple-S mobile application at home or by calling our customer service team toll-free at 1-888-525-4842 . When you register by phone, our customer service representatives will be happy to create an account for you. Either way, you must download our Triple-S at Home mobile app and complete your profile to be able to place orders and schedule deliveries.
