I created the Visual Media Group. We are responsible for introducing the company to new technology that visually communicates a design or tells a story and generates compelling visualizations. I like to think of our group as the “lighting the lamp” team, helping clients communicate the intent and impact of a project to their constituents, team members, and communities at large. Our group then exports the D model and cleans it up. We remove all the unnecessary environment and components. When we're done, what's left is the basic geometry. Our team imports the model into ds Max or TwinMotion so we can use tools like V-Ray for textures and flat surfaces. We do a remodeling in other software to be able to show imperfections more easily, for example, rust on a metal surface.
