The period for sending observations to the text will be open between May 13 and June 3, 2022, both inclusive. Its scope of application is limited to the basin facing the Mar Menor in the Region of Murcia, in the municipalities of Los Alcázares, Cartagena, Fuente Álamo, Murcia, Torre Pacheco, San Javier, San Pedro del Pinatar and La Unión The standard provides, among others, a series of complementary and reinforcing actions on the sanitation and wastewater purification systems in the municipalities.
MITECO The Ministry for the Ecological Albania Email List Transition and the Demographic Challenge (MITECO) has today launched for public consultation a draft Royal Decree to regulate the granting of subsidies to carry out complementary interventions for sanitation and purification of the Framework of priority actions to recover the Mar Menor and in the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. The objective of the standard is to comply with the provisions of chapter 4.3 of the Framework of Priority Actions to recover the Mar Menor, which provides, among others, for a series of complementary and reinforcing actions on the sanitation and wastewater purification systems in the municipalities located in the basin facing the Mar Menor, with the aim of reducing discharges into the lagoon.

Its scope of application will be limited to the basin facing the Mar Menor in the Region of Murcia, and specifically to the municipalities of Los Alcázares, Cartagena, Fuente Álamo, Murcia, Torre Pacheco, San Javier, San Pedro del Pinatar and La Unión . For the design of the legislative text, MITECO requested from these municipalities a report on their needs in the sanitation system with a proposal for actions and an estimated budget for consideration. Thus, as competent administrations in matters of sanitation and purification, the aforementioned municipalities have presented a total of 120 proposals for renewal and improvements in the unitary sanitation system, as well as improvements in the wastewater pumping stations.
