Use your own Categories with Outlook rules

If you need to categorize almost if they come with some words of Subject or recipients according to Cc, definitely letters?

You do not need to expand your efforts for each new message - if it takes a lot of effort to establish authority, then Outlook.com will use the desired category.

Outlook.com has its own Categories application
To set up a filter on Outlook.com to have the message categories added (or removed) to the incoming messages:

Click the star in settings.
More mail settings from the Benefit menu .

Click New.

Click Edit from the power line
Messages You want to use this rule: choose 1 to apply the filter according to the desired criteria step ? .

Click the asterisk in your Outlook.com settings.
