We are in the Top 20 companies most competent in conflict resolution

Correios is among the winners of the “A Era do Diálogo 2023” Award, promoted by Grupo Padrão, which publishes Consumidor Moderno magazine, the main Brazilian publication on relations between companies and consumers. The state-owned company was recognized as one of the 20 most competent Brazilian companies in resolving conflicts and seeking harmony in customer relationships. The selection is made based on data from channels that receive consumer complaints, such as the Consumidor.gov platform and the National Consumer Protection Information System, Sindec.

In the special report published by the  Phone Number List magazine, the president of Correios, Fabiano Silva dos Santos, highlighted the importance of closely monitoring customers' journeys and being available to assist them as needed. “When the company cares about the consumer, it builds customer loyalty. The need to seek legal action to resolve consumer disputes causes distrust among customers, as it may give the impression that the company is not committed to providing services.”

The president also highlighted how the state-owned company has welcomed interactions with customers and learned from the process. “The Post Office has sought to strengthen the culture of listening. All interactions received on Consumidor.gov.br are handled in their entirety effectively, always seeking a solution for the customer, in accordance with the rules, internal regulations and the Consumer Protection Code. The channel allows the company to understand the expanded perception of customers about the services and support provided throughout the country. By remaining close to the customer and engaged in resolving their demands, we seek to offer the best service experience to strengthen credibility in our services ”, said the leader.



For the state-owned company, which has 360 years of services provided to Brazilians in all corners of Brazil, respect for all customers is fundamental. Through its official relationship centers, ombudsman and digital channels such as the  portal  and  applications , the company has customer satisfaction as the main objective of its operations.

About the award –  In its 11th edition, the Era do Diálogo award is promoted by Grupo Padrão and Consumidor Moderno magazine and annually brings themes related to consumer, society and market relations. The ranking of the 20 companies with the best results in resolution is obtained from a study carried out by Grupo Padrão, with the technical coordination of CX Brain.  

But we can always move forward in relation to the legal obligation. At Correios, for example, we were proud to rescue, even in the first months of our management, a very important right for all mothers: six-month maternity leave, which extends the minimum period of four months provided for by the CLT for the benefit.
